I'm proud to be the newest member of Bloomington Indiana's Bicycle & Pedestrian Safety Commission!
My first priority is to continue monitoring my proposed extension of Bloomington Transit Route 1 to ensure that it continues moving along smoothly and that I am available to smooth any obstacles that might come up so that it gets done as quickly and easily as possible.
I also hope to begin building support for installing a continuous sidewalk along N Walnut to ensure that the bike lanes remain clear for cyclists and that local pedestrians have a safe means of walking to nearby housing north of the bypass, despite heavy traffic.
